Mastering OBE: From Comprehending to Crafting Course Learning Outcomes, Rubrics & Effective Assessment Methods

Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC), TUF hosted an enlightening training workshop at the IT Lab, Amin Campus, entitled "Mastering OBE: From Comprehending to Crafting - Course Learning Outcomes, Rubrics, & Effective Assessment Methods” on 3rd October, 2023. Dr Muhammad Saeed Khan, Associate Professor Department of Electrical, Electronics & Computer Systems from the University of Sargodha served as the event's resource person.

 

Dr Muhammad generously shared his expertise. This event proved to be a pivotal moment, providing participants, with a deeper understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and equipping them with the tools to create precise course learning outcomes, effective rubrics, and innovative assessment methods. Dr Khan's insightful presentation highlighted the significance of OBE in education and emphasized the importance of clear, measurable learning outcomes and fair assessment.
