Safe Disclosure refers to the intentional and voluntary act of revealing any form of malpractice or unethical conduct by an individual who has had access to critical information within the organization. This may involve the exposure of actual or suspected wrongdoing, which could include fraud, harassment, corruption, or risks related to health and safety. The Safe Disclosure policy is designed to foster an environment of transparency by encouraging employees, students, and stakeholders to report concerns in good faith, ensuring that issues are addressed confidentially and securely. All reports are handled by the Safe Disclosure office, which is committed to maintaining confidentiality and providing appropriate follow-up on concerns raised.
As the oversight trustee for the Safe Disclosure program at The University of Faisalabad (TUF), I strongly encourage every member of our community to speak up against any misconduct they may observe. By doing so, you play a critical role in safeguarding the ethical foundation of our institution. I also want to extend my sincere appreciation to all the courageous individuals who have reported wrongdoings. Your actions help strengthen our systems and improve the integrity of TUF. Together, we can continue to uphold the highest standards of ethics and transparency, ensuring a better and safer environment for all.
