The Psychology and Well-Being Society organized an insightful Awareness Seminar on Drug Addiction, focusing on educating students about the psychological, behavioral, and social dimensions of addiction and recovery. The session featured Mr Faiz Muhauddin, Managing Director and Chief Clinical Psychologist at Rehab Home, and Clinical Psychologist at Faisalabad Medical University and Allied Hospital, as the esteemed Chief Guest. His interactive discussion provided valuable insights into prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation strategies to address substance abuse effectively. The presence of Dr Sobia Maqsood, a sociologist, National Business School, TUF, delivered an impactful talk on the social dynamics and cultural influences contributing to drug use in society.
