The Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS) organized a Digital Learning Resources Workshop aimed at equipping students with modern technological tools to enhance their learning and professional competencies. Under the supervision of Prof Dr Abul Wahid, Director Academics, TUF, the workshop provided participants with hands-on exposure to various digital platforms, e-learning tools, and online laboratory simulation software that are transforming medical laboratory education globally.
The initiative focused on improving students’ understanding of digital content creation, online data management, and the use of virtual labs to strengthen theoretical and practical learning. Dr Abul Wahid emphasized the importance of integrating digital technology into medical education to ensure that students remain competitive in the evolving healthcare landscape. He highlighted that digital literacy and adaptability are now essential skills for laboratory professionals.
