APPLYING FOR ADMISSION

  1. A candidate can apply for admission through online admission portal.
  2. Prospectus and application forms are available at www.tuf.edu.pk
  3. An applicant can apply in three programs at a time
  4. The applicants are encouraged to read the information carefully before filling up the online admission form
  5. Basic requirements for a candidate to apply for online admission are as under: -
    • Personal email address - Personal mobile Number
    • Passport size photograph (preferably blue background) with signature (at bottom)
    • Scanned copy of CNIC/Form-B (If CNIC is not issued)
    • Scanned copy of following documents: -

        o Certificate/detailed mark sheet of Secondary School Examination/equivalence certificate obtained from IBCC in case of O level

        o Certificate/detailed mark sheet of Intermediate Examination/equivalence certificate obtained from IBCC in case of A level

        o Bachelor or equivalent degree for admission in Master/ MPhil

        o MS/MPhil or equivalent degree for admission in PhD program

        o DAE certificate issued by the Board of Technical Education (if applicable)

        o Character certificate from last institution attended

        o Domicile certificate

        o Migration certificate (in case of Intermediate from Board other than Punjab)

        o The overseas candidate shall have to submit a copy of passport of his/her father, and copy of work permit along with the application form

  6. Processing fee (non-refundable) will be charged at the time of submission of semester fee.
  7. Applications with incomplete documents shall not be considered for admission.
  8. The University reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual without assigning any reason.
  9. A candidate shall not be entitled to claim admission as a matter of right even if she/he is otherwise eligible.

Confirmation of Admission

Selected candidates are required to confirm their acceptance by paying the admission and tuition fee within the specified dates. Admission process shall be completed after the payment of all dues. Initially, all admissions in the university are provisional. Confirmation is subject to verification of their certificates/degrees.

Cancellation of Admission/Re-Admission

If a student makes him/herself absent from the class for ten consecutive days without approval from the Head of School, his/ her name shall be struck off from the rolls of the Department. Such student may be re-admitted with the approval of the concerned Head of Department after fulfilling the formalities of re-admission under intimation to the Registrar.
