Madinah Teaching Hospital organized a Free Medical camp in Govt National Special Education Center

Healthcare is the right of special children to enable them to grow and live with same self-esteem as normal children. In this context, Department of Dermatology.

 

 

Head of Department Prof Dr Tanzeela Khalid supervised the team of Post Graduate Residents of Madinah Teaching Hospital and students of Dermal Sciences.

They examined more than 200 patients, took their complete history and provided them free medical care. Considering patient equity, special care was provided to blind, deaf and handicapped children separately. Free medicines were distributed among all these patients. The camp equipped the health care professionals with the skills of empathy, receptiveness and adaptive leadership.
