The Department of Dental Sciences conducted a highly informative Project Presentation Session, showcasing the impressive academic and practical skills of its Dental Technology and Dental Hygiene students. The dynamic activity was specifically designed to deepen student learning, promote public awareness regarding essential dental hygiene, aid in the identification of dental anomalies, and champion the prevention of dental caries.
Key projects and presentations focused on: Dental Hygiene Awareness, visual guides for the Identification of Dental Anomalies, practical strategies for Caries Prevention Methods, and showcasing Advanced Dental Technology, including modern tools, digital dentistry concepts, and innovative treatment approaches. The students' work collectively emphasized the critical importance of proper oral hygiene practices, early diagnosis, and the core principles of preventive dentistry.
The projects were rigorously evaluated by a panel of distinguished faculty, including Dr. Munnaza Saleem (Department of Orthodontics), Dr Nida Khan, and Dr Tahmeena Atiq.
