Faculty as Role Model for Future

The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, The University of Faisalabad, organized an insightful seminar Empowering Faculty as Future Role Models on 26 November 2025 . The session was conducted by Muhammad Sannan Khan, CEO and Team Lead at Foster Learning, who emphasized how faculty can inspire, mentor, and shape future-ready youth through positive leadership, modern skills, and effective communication.

The seminar focused on enhancing leadership qualities in educators, boosting personal growth, and promoting stronger faculty-student engagement. Participants gained fresh inspiration on how faculty serve as role models and how their behavior significantly influences youth development. The session also included interactive activities that actively engaged all participants.

The event aligned with several SGDs, particularly including SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion, appreciation of the resource person, and acknowledgment of the department’s efforts in organizing a productive and meaningful session.
