Educational Visit to Punjab Food Beverages: Bridging Theory and Practice in Nutrition and Dietetics

In an effort to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications, the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Faisalabad organized an educational visit to Punjab Food Beverages, Faisalabad. This initiative provided students with practical exposure to production workflows, quality control measures, and modern food processing technologies. Guided tours and interactive sessions allowed participants to observe facility operations, gain insights into quality assurance protocols, and engage in discussions on product formulation with industry experts.

The visit aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
