EDUCATIONAL TOUR AT WALTON AIRPORT BEING ORGANIZED

Department of Aviation Management arranged an educational tour led by Dr Zamir and Capt Sohail at Walton Airport. Students were given an overview of the different operations, including Flight Training, Air Traffic Control (ATC) Charters and Maintenance. The Chief Pilot and Head ATC listened out to any queries the students had and addressed them as required.

Students learned how the Airport provides safety to its passengers. Students with an expressed interest in aviation can learn more about how an airport operates. Students also visited the Airport Operations office to question employees about aviation technology and practice. Students also learn about the different careers available at an airport.
