World Pharmacist Day, celebrated by the students of Department of Pharmacy, pays tribute to the nation's savers. Pharmacy is a diverse and rewarding career with opportunities for patient care, scientific research, and innovation.

Pharmacists deal with the creation and quality of medicines supplied to patients and ensure that the prescribed medicines are suitable or not, advise them on how to take medications properly, define their side effects, and tackle all patients' queries.

On this occasion, the Rector of the University of Faisalabad appreciated the student's performance and highlighted pharmacists' role in the healthcare system. Dean, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr Samra Bashir, advised future pharmacists to stay loyal to their profession
