Department of Nutrition and Dietetics organized an event to celebrate World Food Day under the theme " Save Food Today for a Healthy Tomorrow" and to commemorate a decade of academic excellence.
Dr Shanza Mukhtar, Head of Department gave a warm welcome note.Worthy Rector Prof Dr Muhammad Khaliq ur Rahman and Prof Dr Syed Jawad Hussain, along with the faculty members of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, conducted product evaluation and assessment of the research projects of students.
Guest of honor, the Founder of the Department Prof Dr Syed Jawad Hussain, shared how the department's foundation was laid in 2012. The chief guest, Worthy Rector Prof Dr Muhammad Khaliq ur Rahman, delivered closing remarks on World Food Day and congratulated the Department on its ten years of excellence.
