The Rehabilitation Society at The University of Faisalabad successfully hosted a Rescue Training Workshop held on April 25, 2025, for the students of the 2nd semester Department of Rehabilitation Sciences. The workshop, conducted by the skilled rescue team, aimed to provide essential knowledge and practical skills in basic life support and emergency response. Students were trained in critical procedures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation. During the interactive session, students practiced these techniques under expert guidance, gaining hands-on training that will enhance their emergency response capabilities. This workshop was strategically aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education), emphasizing the importance of health, well-being, and education in emergency preparedness. The event concluded with a shield presentation to Mr Muzammil, Community Instructor, Punjab Emergency Service Department Faisalabad, as a token of appreciation for his efforts and dedication. A group photo session captured the memorable moments of the day, celebrating the successful completion of an impactful and educational event. The TUF Rehabilitation Society remains committed to offering more such workshops, enhancing students' capabilities in real-world emergency management.
