TUF Contributes to Inclusive Initiatives at Eilya Ability Day 2026

Dr Anbreena Rasool and Dr Muneeb Jaffar from the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, along with students of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Faisalabad, participated in Eilya Ability Day 2026, organized by Eilya Care Foundation at the prestigious Sheraton Marquee.

The event, themed “Inclusion,” emphasized equal opportunities, accessibility solutions, and empowerment for individuals of all abilities. Their participation ensured professional supervision and academic excellence, while highlighting the university’s commitment to social responsibility and inclusive development.

Several engaging competitions were conducted, including Short Film, Infographic, Hackathon, and Canvas Art contests. Students of DPT from TUF demonstrated exceptional creativity and innovation:

• The 4th Semester Infographic Team secured Gold Medals, with Maham, Tasnim Abdallah, and Montaha being recognized for their impactful infographic that presented accessibility solutions and awareness strategies for inclusion.
• The 5th Semester Hackathon Presentation Team also achieved Gold Medals, with Visha and Breeah earning distinction for their innovative ideas related to assistive technologies and community-based rehabilitation strategies.

Participants who did not secure positions were honored with participation certificates, reflecting the inclusive and encouraging spirit of the event.
