TUF is celebrating brotherhood, unity, and togetherness during the auspicious and holiest month of Ramadan. A thought-provoking seminar on the teachings & lives of Imam Ali (A.S) and Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A) was conducted by the Department of Law and the Islamic and Arabic Department of TUF. The event was adorned by the soul-enlightening addresses of our esteemed guests: Allama Husnain Abbas (Anchor Person, Hadi TV), Mufti Luqman (9 News), Prof Dr Matloob (HOD Islamic Studies, TUF), Mr Muhammad Ali (Additional Registrar, TUF), and faculty members were also graced with their presence.
Mufti Luqman highlighted various important events and lessons that we can learn from the life of Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A). He emphasized that she exemplified every role in a manner that guides us to lead as true Muslims. Allama Husnain Abbas, in his addressed shared his learning about the teachings of Imam Ali (A.S) and Bibi Fatima (S.A), emphasizing youth to follow them. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of early marriages among students to guard against lewdness and indecency.
Dr Matloob also took the stage, praising the Tufian for organizing the event. Mr Muhammad Ali paid tribute to Lady Fatima (S.A) and Mawla Ali (A.S) by reciting the beautiful Persian poetry of Dr Muhammad Allamah Iqbal.
Such events help infuse new spirit into the lives of youngsters and draw them closer to Allah.
