The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), proudly organized the Research Incentive Award Ceremony 2026 to recognize and honor faculty members for their outstanding research publications in Scopus-indexed, high-impact journals. The ceremony reflects TUF’s continued dedication to promoting a strong research culture and recognizing scholarly excellence. During the proceedings, the university leadership and senior academic dignitaries emphasized the pivotal role of high-quality research in advancing academic excellence, strengthening institutional growth, improving international rankings, and enhancing global visibility.
Prof Dr Aman Ullah Malik, Rector, TUF, commended the award recipients and motivated faculty to sustain high-quality research output in internationally recognized journals. Dr Zahida Maqbool, Registrar, appreciated the valuable research contributions of faculty members and encouraged continued engagement in competitive research activities. Prof Dr Zahir Ahmad Zahir, Director ORIC, emphasized that the research incentive scheme signifies TUF’s trust in its faculty and serves as a strategic initiative to promote innovation, ethical scholarship, and impactful research aligned with international standards.
