40 deserving couples began their new journey together at the Mass Marriage ceremony held at TUF, sponsored by the Madinah Foundation. The ceremony reflected Madinah Foundation’s commitment to uplifting underprivileged communities and promoting the values of unity and social welfare. Madinah Foundation also provided essential household items and dowry packages to the newlywed couples as a fresh start to their married lives.

From The University of Faisalabad, the event was honored by the presence of Prof Dr Muhammad Ashiq, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology; Prof Dr Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies; Prof Dr Majid Hussain, Dean, Faculty of Information Technology; Prof Dr Matloob Ahmad, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences; Mr Zubair Ahmad, Controller of Examinations; and Maj (Retd) Abid Hussain, Security Incharge. A renowned religious and social leader, Hafiz Muhammad Ayub Awan, was also present at the ceremony.

Renowned religious scholar Qari Niaz Ahmed delivered the Khutbah-e-Nikah, offering prayers for the success, happiness, and prosperity of the newlywed couples. The grand event was attended by more than 2,000 guests, including friends, families, and community members. Faculty members, administrative staff, and students from various departments came together to support and organize the event, creating an atmosphere filled with joy and heartfelt moments.

In their addresses, deans and heads praised the Madinah Foundation for its generous and thoughtful initiative. They emphasized how such acts of kindness help alleviate social burdens and promote dignity among economically marginalized families. On closing the ceremony, they extended heartfelt congratulations to the couples.
