National Business School at The University of Faisalabad, organized an insightful session on “Business Process Simulation” on 10 September 2025. The distinguished guest for the event was Dr Muhammad Latif from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Prof Dr Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean Faculty of Management Studies, highlighting the importance of integrating modern simulation techniques in business education and practice. He also briefly introduced the speaker to the audience. Dr Muhammad Latif, with his vast academic and professional experience, delivered an engaging talk on the role of business process simulation in decision-making, efficiency improvement, and problem-solving in contemporary organizations.
He emphasized how simulation can serve as a powerful tool for managers to predict outcomes, test strategies, and manage resources effectively. Dr Latif provided real-world examples and shared case studies to make the concepts more relatable and impactful.
