Empowering the Future Leaders of TUF

At The University of Faisalabad, we believe that technical knowledge must be paired with exceptional soft skills to create true impact. To empower our newly inducted Management Trainee Officers (MTOs), the TUF International Programs department recently organized an intensive training workshop on "Enhancing Interpersonal Skills."

The sessions, held at both Amin and Saleem Campuses, focused on Communication Mastery and Lingual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness, Team Synergy and Professional Ethics. Led by Mr Muhammad Hanan Iftekhar, Head, TUF International Programs, and assisted by Ms Laraib Syed, the training was packed with interactive activities and real-world simulations to prepare our MTOs for the corporate challenges of tomorrow.
