Currency of Learning: A Study Tour Experience

National Business School, in collaboration with the Placement Bureau - The University of Faisalabad, organized an educational study tour to the State Bank of Pakistan. The visit was guided by esteemed faculty members Ms. Safa Iftikhar, Ms. Muskan Ahsan, and Ms. Mariam Naeem.

During the tour, students gained valuable insights into:

• Currency Notes and Equality: Understanding the significance of currency notes and their uniform value in financial transactions.
• Pakistan's Currency: Learning about the history, design, and security features of Pakistani currency.
• Women's Initiatives: Exploring the State Bank’s programs and initiatives aimed at promoting women’s economic empowerment.
• A highlight of the visit was the address delivered by Ms. Fauzia (Chief Manager), Mr. Mehmad Bilal, and Mr. Bakhtawar, who inspired and encouraged students to actively contribute to Pakistan’s economic development.

The study tour offered a distinctive learning experience, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to the financial sector.
