Career Pathways in Speech-Language Pathology

The Department of English Language and Literature organized an enlightening seminar titled “Career Pathways in Speech-Language Pathology”. Coordinated by Ms. Maria Hafeez, the seminar featured Ms. Iqra Nafees as the guest speaker.

The session aimed to raise awareness among students about the emerging field of Speech-Language Pathology, its scope, and its strong connection with linguistics and communication sciences. Ms. Iqra Nafees provided a comprehensive overview of the academic routes, essential qualifications, and clinical training required to enter this profession. She also highlighted the wide range of career opportunities available both nationally and internationally, particularly in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, and research institutions.
