Quality Education
The University of Faisalabad successfully conducted an Academic Orientation Session for postgraduate students to provide guidance on academic and research requirements. The session was attended by the Rector, Deans, Heads of Departments, Director ORIC, Director Academics, Controller of Examinations, faculty members, and postgraduate students.
In his address, Prof. Dr. Aman Ullah Malik, Rector, TUF, emphasized the importance of research excellence, academic integrity, and innovation in postgraduate studies. The Director ORIC highlighted the significance of quality research and ethical practices, while the Director Academics and Controller of Examinations provided guidance on academic regulations, examination procedures, and thesis requirements.
The session also covered research proposal development, literature review techniques, research methodologies, plagiarism policies, citation standards, and thesis submission and defense procedures. An interactive question-and-answer session enabled students to seek clarification on various academic and research-related matters.
