The International Mediation and Arbitration Center (IMAC), in collaboration with Madinah Foundation and The University of Faisalabad, organized a Two-Day Introductory Training Workshop on Arbitration at TUF on August 25–26, 2025.
The program was inaugurated by Mr Irshad Hussain, Chief Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Faisalabad, who emphasized the enduring significance of conciliation and peaceful dispute resolution. Participants and guests were welcomed by Mr Ehsan Mahsud, Registrar IMAC, who reaffirmed IMAC’s mission to strengthen ADR practices across Pakistan. In his address, Mr. Muhammad Haider Amin, Chairman Board of Governors, TUF, highlighted the importance of arbitration and reiterated the shared commitment of Madinah Foundation and TUF to promoting ADR mechanisms nationwide.
Across two days, participants — including lawyers, government officials, and academics — engaged in interactive sessions led by renowned experts Barrister Mian Sheraz Javaid (MSJ) FCIArb and Syed Hammad Yousaf Gillani, Arbitrator & Mediator.
Prof. Dr. Aman Ullah Malik, Rector TUF, congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the training, marking the first collaborative program between IMAC and Madina Foundation following the signing of their Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) on July 31, 2025.
