The main objectives of the program is:
• To train the MPhil students to become an independent academic researcher who is able to perform research according to international standards
• To prepare students with strong observational, analytical, synthesis and evaluation skills
• To acquire and expand practical skills necessary for execution of research
• To enable them to participate in international debates
• To prepare them for integration of professionalism in their field of work
• To enable them to gain in-depth knowledge
• prepare educational leaders for educational institutions of public and private sector;
• provide the learners an understanding of educational process;
• develop proficiency in teaching-learning process and methodologies;
• Provide skills in methodology of conducting various types of research and their importance in education;
• Make the learners aware of various techniques of educational assessment and evaluation.
