The Department of Education successfully organized an international seminar titled “Academic Leadership, Research Innovation, and Digital Transformation.” The session brought together distinguished scholars from China to share global perspectives on emerging trends in higher education.
The resource persons included Dr Uzma Sarwar, Associate Professor at the School of Education, Huanggang Normal University, and Dr Kiran Fazal, Lecturer at the School of Education, Xi’an Fanyi University. Both speakers delivered insightful presentations highlighting contemporary models of academic leadership, strategies for fostering research innovation, and the transformative impact of digital technologies on teaching, learning, and institutional development. The seminar provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of how digital transformation is reshaping higher education globally.
