Workshop on “Core Stability and Injury Prevention”

TUF Rehabilitation Society organized a workshop on "Core Stability and Joint Control". The workshop featured Prof Dr Muhammad Salman Bashir; PT and Prof Dr Rabiya Salman; PT from the University of Lahore, as the esteemed guest speaker.

The workshop on Core Stability and Joint Control was designed to educate participants about the crucial role core stability played in improving joint control, enhancing physical performance, and preventing injuries. The workshop was suitable for physical therapists, fitness trainers, sports coaches, athletes, and anyone interested in improving their overall health and movement efficiency.

The workshop began with an introduction to core stability, explaining its definition and importance in maintaining posture, balance, and functional movement. Participants learned about the anatomy of the core muscles, including the abdominals, lower back, pelvis, and hips, and how these muscles worked together to provide support.
