Faculty Development Program

Department of Medical Education, UMDC, TUF conducted a 2 week extensive Faculty development program to prepare faculty for the upcoming academic session.

Topics touched on were important and innovative including time management, out-of-the-box thinking, flipped classrooms, increasing classroom interactions, small group sessions, reflection and problem-based learning.

All the faculty members participated with zeal and zest. Master trainers included Prof Dr Tanzeela Khalid, Prof Dr Shirza Nadeem, Prof Dr Saba Tariq, Assoc Prof Dr Sumaira Shahzad and Dr Komal Atta conducted the sessions. The closing session was graced by Prof Dr AG Rehan (Prof Emeritus, Surgery) who gave his valuable comments. Prof Dr Aamir Ali Chaudhary Principal UMDC was also present.
