The Department of Pathology arranged a study tour to Al-Kabeer International Diagnostic and Research Center, for the students of Medical Lab Sciences 2nd semester. The tour was arranged under the supervision of Dr Noureen Fatima, Head Department of Pathology, through the collaboration of the Placement Bureau Saleem Campus and the Centre of Collective Activities. The purpose of this tour was to educate the students about new technologies that are used in the labs for diagnosing diseases. Students visited different sections that included hematology, microbiology, histopathology, clinical chemistry, and ultrasound. The staff of Al-Kabeer International Diagnostic and Research Center" has been incredibly cooperative and supportive throughout the visit.
From automated analyzers to high-resolution imaging systems, every aspect of the laboratory's infrastructure left an indelible impression on the students, showcasing a commitment to excellence and innovation. The visit also provided a fertile ground for exploring potential avenues of collaboration between The University of Faisalabad and the Al-Kabeer International Diagnostic and Research Center. This visit aimed at advancing the frontiers of diagnostic pathology and enhancing patient care.
As the visit drew to a close, both institutions reflected on the mutual benefits of such collaborative endeavors, recognizing the potential to drive meaningful advancements in healthcare and academic research.
