If your CGPA in the MPhil degree is below 3.00/4.00, you may still be admitted to the PhD program. However, you will be required to complete 9-12 credit hours of additional level-7 courses in a zero semester, and you must achieve a GPA of 3.00 or higher in those courses to continue in the PhD program.
