MS-NMPT 2021-2023
From the very beginning of my academic journey, I have always been driven by a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence. My pursuit of higher education led me to complete a Master of Science in Neuromusculoskeletal Physical Therapy (MS-NMPT) from The University of Faisalabad (TUF), where I was honored to receive the prestigious Gold Medal for my outstanding academic performance. This achievement reflects not only my dedication to my studies but also my continuous efforts to apply advanced clinical knowledge in my professional practice. Currently, I am engaged in private practice in Pakistan, where I strive to integrate evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the field of physical therapy while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
2014-2018
When I entered The University of Faisalabad in 2014, I had ambition and curiosity but no clear roadmap—only the hope of making a difference through physical therapy. The DPT program became more than lectures and labs; it was a journey of self-discovery. I wasn’t the loudest in the room, but I found confidence in consistency—showing up prepared, helping others, and focusing on growth. Seven academic distinctions and yearly merit scholarships reflected steady effort, not overnight success. Clinical rotations in government and private hospitals brought me face-to-face with patients for the first time—a humbling reminder of the real meaning of our work. That feeling never left me. After graduating in 2019, I opened Mahfooz Clinic in Faisalabad, treating patients with care while also conducting community awareness sessions on posture, pain management, and preventive care. Later, I returned to TUF for a Master’s in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, earning four distinctions and more scholarships. My journey then took me to Lahore, where I joined Health Bridge Hospital, DHA, and registered as a physiotherapist with HCPC, UK. In 2021, I was selected as a lecturer at the University of South Asia, Lahore—balancing teaching with my clinical practice on Raiwind Road.
A Thought That Stays With Me:
Impact doesn’t come from intention—it comes from consistency.
2019-2024
I began my academic journey in 2019 as an undergraduate in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at The University of Faisalabad. This period was defined by diligence, passion, and a constant drive to excel academically. I maintained an outstanding academic record, earning the Amin Medal and securing distinctions in every semester. I was fortunate to have supportive mentors who recognized my potential and encouraged my professional development. As part of my research work, I conducted a comparative study on Myofascial Release and Diaphragmatic Breathing in postoperative patients diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease, achieving distinction in this research as well. My clinical training included work at DHQ Hospital, Allied Hospital, Aziz Fatima Hospital, and Madinah Teaching Hospital. Currently, I am engaged in independent practice at Usman Physio Clinic and Rehab Station, where I continue to apply my knowledge and skills to help patients achieve better health outcomes.
2022-2024
I am proud to be a graduate of The University of Faisalabad, where I completed my Master’s degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physical Therapy. My time at TUF was a period of intense learning, growth, and transformation. The program equipped me with advanced clinical skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based physiotherapy practices, preparing me to excel in a highly specialized and demanding field. Today, I am working as a physiotherapist at Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center in Oman, where I provide patient-centered care and rehabilitation services. My role allows me to make a direct impact on people’s lives, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence—something I feel deeply passionate about. This opportunity reflects the strength of my academic foundation and the practical training I received during my time at TUF. Message for Future Graduates Believe in your journey, even when the path seems uncertain. Growth often begins where comfort ends. Stay focused, work with purpose, and remember—your dedication today will shape the future you dream of.
2022-2024
My journey began in Faisalabad, a city known for its vibrant academic institutions and warm community. I enrolled at TUF with a clear vision: to not only become a competent physical therapist but to contribute meaningfully to the field of rehabilitation sciences. The rigorous academic environment, combined with a focus on hands-on clinical experience, offered me the ideal foundation to grow and excel. In 2024, I had the honor of graduating with a Master's in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT), earning a” Silver Medal”—a recognition that reflected not only academic excellence but also the unwavering support of my mentors and peers. This achievement marked a turning point in my professional life. Today, I proudly serve as a Lecturer and Clinical Trainer at Madinah Teaching Hospital, where I have the opportunity to give back to the academic and clinical community that once nurtured me. Guiding students, sharing knowledge, and staying actively involved in patient care allow me to blend theory with practice—a philosophy deeply rooted in my education at TUF. My journey is far from over, but every step forward is a tribute to the strong foundation laid by my alma mater.

2018-2023
I’m Dr. Warda Imran, and my journey began at The University of Faisalabad. They say your university shapes who you become — and The University of Faisalabad truly did. It gave me far more than just a degree; it instilled the discipline to push through challenges, the knowledge to make informed clinical decisions, and the confidence to step into the real world of patient care. From long hours in bustling classrooms to equally demanding hours in the clinic, every phase of this journey was transformative. Each experience — whether academic or practical — became a building block, shaping me into the physiotherapist I am today. Now, as Senior Physiotherapist at Ahmed Medical Centre, Shahkot, I bring together every lesson learned, every challenge overcome, and every skill refined to help my patients move better, heal faster, and live stronger. For me, physiotherapy is not just a profession — it’s the perfect blend of hard work, skill, and compassion, driven by the belief that every patient deserves the chance to live life to the fullest.

I, Ammara Bashir, completed my DPT (Batch 2014 - 2019) from the University of Faisalabad. After finishing my professional degree from TUF, I gained lots of knowledge and had the golden opportunity to enhance my clinical expertise by working in various reputable clinics and hospitals in Pakistan.
I was lucky to have a supportive faculty. I have no doubt that they are very skilled and have great expertise in their respective fields. The discipline and knowledge that I gained in this institute is still helping me reach heights in my career. Being a student at TUF has given me the confidence to make my own identity in this foreign region and stand out as a physiotherapist.
After completing my Bachelors, I became more inclined towards research in Musculoskeletal, and the upcoming field of Rehabilitation Sciences. Hence, I was keen on pursuing a course which had a clinical as well as a research component, which was offered by Salford University Manchester, UK. I now have completed my degree in MSc Advance Physiotherapy with Merit. It was difficult and scary to come abroad and start a new life. I now look back and think that this dream would have not been possible without the efforts and prayers of my parents and guidance of my teachers and friends.
Currently, I am being registered with the Healthcare and professionals Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Royal Physiotherapists (CSP) UK and I am working as a band 6 MSK physiotherapist in a top leading company in UK, also I am providing my services to the National Health Services (NHS) UK.
My advice to anyone interested in this field is to work hard and aim big, as the outcomes are so rewarding. I wish good luck to everyone for their future at TUF.

Education is about empowerment, about cultivating a human being to the highest possible potential a tool for fulfilling the immensity of being. I'm Iqra Younas, and I graduated from TUF with a bachelor's degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. Following my internship, I was offered a scholarship to Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom, where I recently received a master of science in Advanced Physiotherapy with distinction. I owe a debt of gratitude to the University of Faisalabad for bringing out the best in me. The environment, qualified staff, and academics all helped us prepare for the real world. The five years I spent at TUF earning my DPT degree helped to lay the groundwork for all of my future achievements in life. TUF was a life-changing experience for me and prepared me not only intellectually, but also as a person in all aspects of life. I took full advantage of the chances provided by my university, which honed my skills and allowed me to serve as President of the TUF Physical Therapy Society from 2018 to 2019. All of the memories of becoming the lady of the eve twice, experiencing all of the magnificent events, and concerts, engaging in many activities and making fantastic friends are still fresh in my mind. In light of my personal experience, I would like to state that TUF degree is gratifying and provides us with several career prospects as soon as we graduate. Having completed my DPT at TUF aided me in acclimating to the academic system of a British university. Respect for diversity, teamwork, perseverance and time management are just a few of the principles and talents I learned and polished at TUF. It taught me how to better organise and discipline my life as a person, as well as how to analyse, critique, justify, and communicate, rather than just write and read. Throughout my degree, I received the best teachers and mentors. And I've had the good fortune of being mentored by them. To summarise, my time with TUF has been fantastic.
