The scope of the Postgraduate Office includes all academic, administrative, and quality control duties related to the University's MPhil, MS, and PhD programs. This office will ensure that all postgraduate academic activities proceed efficiently, and the office will collaborate with departments, supervisors, faculty, and relevant committees. The office will also oversee the entire editorial process of the ISRE journal, from manuscript submission to final publication, ensuring that the journal meets recognized scholarly and ethical standards. All operations will be carried out in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Higher Education Commission, and international best practices of academic publishing.

The Postgraduate Office serves as a central administrative and academic body responsible for overseeing all matters related to MPhil, MS, and PhD programs. The office performs the following specific functions and responsibilities:
1. Supervises the thesis and synopsis review process for all postgraduate programs.
2. Monitors the research progress of postgraduate scholars in coordination with departments, supervisors, and relevant committees.
3. Organizes training workshops on research design, academic writing, and ethical compliance.
4. Conducts academic audits to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
5. Reviews, updates, and implements the approved Scheme of Studies for MPhil, MS, and PhD programs.
6. Undertakes curriculum mapping, analysis, and revision in alignment with national and international standards.
7. Standardizes course codes, credit hours, and approved content through a centralized system to ensure uniformity across departments.
9. Ensures adherence to academic policies, rules, and standards within the departments.
10. Monitors faculty performance and teaching quality through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
