Prof Dr Sami Ur Rahman serves as the Dean, Faculty of Law at The University of Faisalabad. He brings with him a diverse academic and professional background, enriched by extensive experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. Before joining The University of Faisalabad, Dr Sami held the position of Dean, Faculty of Law at Green International University, Lahore. His professional journey also includes significant roles at prestigious institutions such as the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Shariah Academy of the International Islamic University Islamabad, Bahria University Islamabad, and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Dr Sami has authored two books and published over 30 research articles addressing various contemporary legal issues. Renowned for his innovative approach to legal education, he has been instrumental in promoting a strong mooting culture within law schools across Pakistan. His dynamic leadership and commitment to academic excellence continue to inspire students and faculty alike.
