Dr Mubashra Naz is an accomplished clinician, academic leader, and educator with over two decades of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology. She currently serves as the Dean of Clinical Training at The University of Faisalabad, where she plays a key role in enhancing the quality of clinical education, postgraduate training, and patient-centered healthcare delivery. A Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (FCPS) and a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), UK, Dr Mubashra Naz has a distinguished career marked by her leadership as Professor and Head of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at University Medical and Dental College, Madinah Teaching Hospital, Faisalabad — a 650-bed tertiary care and teaching institution recognized by PMDC and CPSP. Her professional interests include high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, curriculum development, and medical education. Dr Mubashra has contributed to more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and has actively participated in national and international workshops on research methodology, clinical assessment, and supervisory skills.
