Workshop on “Learner’s Differences in the Classroom Context” and Postgraduate Thesis Defenses

The Department of English Language and Literature, The University of Faisalabad (Amin Campus), organized a valuable academic workshop titled “Learner’s Differences in the Classroom Context.” The session was conducted by Prof Dr. Muhammad Arshad Khan, former Chairperson, Department of Linguistics and Communications, UMT Lahore.

Focusing on the diversity of learning styles and personality traits in classroom settings, Dr Khan highlighted the importance of adopting inclusive and differentiated teaching strategies. Students actively participated in diagnostic activities, including personality-based questionnaires, which encouraged self-awareness and academic reflection. The workshop’s practical and interactive format made it highly beneficial for both students and faculty.
