The students of 5th semester from the Department of Law, had an enriching educational trip to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), where they gained firsthand knowledge about financial regulations and market oversight. The visit provided an in-depth understanding of how the SECP operates to ensure transparency, stability, and efficiency in the financial sector.
Students were introduced to the commission's role in regulating corporate practices, safeguarding investor interests, and providing economic growth. This real-world exposure offered a valuable complement to their academic studies, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of financial management.
