TUF Law and Mooting Society proudly organized a prestigious Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Certificate Course, offering an exceptional learning opportunity for aspiring legal professionals. The course was held under the esteemed supervision of Prof Dr Sami Ur Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Law, The University of Faisalabad.
The sessions were conducted by Prof Dr Jo Chitlik, a globally renowned scholar from Emory University, USA, and an internationally respected authority in ADR. Hosted at the Mukhtar Auditorium, the course provided participants with a dynamic and interactive environment to explore contemporary techniques in mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
Dr Jo Chitlik brought deep insights and global perspectives on resolving disputes outside the courtroom, empowering students and faculty with practical tools for conflict resolution. The course emphasized real-world applications and skill-building through case studies and role-playing exercises.
The course concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, graced by Prof Dr Jo Chitlik and Worthy Rector TUF, Prof Dr Aman Ullah Malik, who awarded certificates to all registered participants and faculty members who successfully completed the coursework.
