TUF marked Kashmir Black Day with a thought-provoking event organized by the TUF Law and Mooting Society in collaboration with the TUF Literary Society. The seminar featured esteemed guests Anwar Ul Haq, District Bar President, Farukh Gulzar Awan, Retired Justice of the High Court, who shared their profound insights on the historical significance of Kashmir and the ongoing struggles faced by the Kashmiri people under occupation.
Both speakers eloquently highlighted the importance of understanding the Kashmir conflict in the context of regional stability and human rights. They emphasized the need for peaceful resolutions in adherence to international laws and the steadfast support of Pakistan for the Kashmiri cause.
The event also provided an opportunity for students to engage in meaningful dialogue and express solidarity with the people of Kashmir through poetry recitals, speeches, and presentations. The seminar concluded with a call to action, urging all participants to advocate for justice and human rights for the oppressed Kashmiris. TUF continues to play a vital role in raising awareness of critical national and international issues.
