Training Session on FSSC/ISO 22000 Awareness & Internal Auditing

The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics organized a training session on FSSC/ISO 22000 Awareness and Internal Auditing, led by industry experts Mr Muhammad Abdur Rehman and Mr Mian Abdul Rasheed. The session equipped participants with essential food safety knowledge and hands-on auditing skills.

Key highlights included interactive discussions on food safety standards, a live internal audit at TUF Café, and practical case studies. Participants gained in-depth insights into global food safety frameworks and compliance measures, enhancing their ability to conduct audits effectively. This initiative aligns with SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), reinforcing TUF’s commitment to food safety excellence.
