The Department of Design and Interiors organized an engaging symposium titled “The Future of Arts and Design: AI and Technology.” The event brought together students, faculty, and professionals to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping creative fields. Miss Momna, an architect, designer, and lecturer at TUF, conducted an interactive session on “AI vs Human Thinking,” emphasizing the creative process from brainstorming to prototyping. Sir Faisal, a distinguished animator, designer, and lecturer at NTU, shared his expertise on “Design Thinking in the Age of AI,” highlighting how technological advancements are influencing design methodologies.
Adding further depth, Dr Zafar Javed, Dean, Design and Interior, NTU, delivered an inspiring address on the enduring importance of human mentorship, collaboration, and experiential learning in cultivating creativity. The symposium concluded with heartfelt closing remarks by Ms Afsheen,Head, Department of Design and Interior whose leadership continues to shape the vision and excellence of the Design and Interiors Department at TUF.
