Quality Education
A seminar titled “Tameer-e-Seerat: Teachings of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (R.A)” was organized by the Department of Islamic Studies. The session was graced by the Guest of Honor, Prof Dr Matloob Ahmad, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and Chief Guest Dr Zia Ahmad Shah. Prof Dr Matloob Ahmad highlighted character building in the light of the Seerah and the exemplary life of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (R.A), while Dr Zia Ahmad Shah discussed practical lessons from Islamic history, particularly the Battle of Tabuk, for students’ moral development.
Following the seminar, an Islamic Thematic Exhibition was arranged by the department, where students presented various Islamic themes. The guests visited the exhibition, appreciated students’ efforts, and concluded the event with the announcement of positions and a special prayer.
