Hands-On Pottery Workshop for Multi-Disciplinary Students

On May 16, the Department of Design and Interiors successfully hosted a hands-on Pottery Workshop. Convener, Miss Nouma Irfan, welcomed approximately 28 students from diverse fields, including Allied Health Sciences and Social Sciences. The workshop aimed to introduce participants to basic pottery techniques while fostering creative expression. Students engaged directly with clay, shaping pots and replicating reference designs. This initiative effectively bridged departmental divides and provided non-design students with a valuable opportunity to explore their artistic potential. The Department looks forward to organizing similar events to encourage cross-campus creative engagement.
