The Department of Islamic Studies, in collaboration with the Departments of Department of Physiology - TUF and Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences - TUF, organized a Grand Mehfil-e-Milad to commemorate the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ghaus-e-Azam (R.A) on the blessed occasion of 1st Ramadan 2026. The spiritually enriching gathering was held to commemorate the teachings, character, and enduring legacy of Hazrat Ghaus-e-Azam (رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ), emphasizing their moral excellence, spiritual depth, and timeless relevance in contemporary society.
The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of faculty members and students, whose presence added dignity and warmth to the occasion. The Mehfil was illuminated with heartfelt recitations of Naats, Drood Pak and Manaqib, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion and reverence.
A special highlight of the event was the soulful presentation by renowned Naat khwan, Ms Ayesha Batool, whose melodious recitation deeply moved the audience and further elevated the spiritual ambiance of the gathering.
