Good Health and Well-being
The Department of Islamic Studies successfully organized a spiritually uplifting and intellectually enriching event titled “Fazeelat-e-Shaban and Ahle Bait (A.S).” The program was graced by the esteemed presence of Al Shaikh Syed Ali Tariq, Khateeb of the revered Mazar Hazrat Junaid Baghdadi (R.A), who attended as the Chief Guest.
In his inspiring address, Al Shaikh Syed Ali Tariq eloquently elaborated on the profound spiritual wisdom of the three sacred months; Rajab, Shaban and Ramadan. He described Rajab as a month of sincere repentance and self-purification, Shaban as a period for adorning oneself with righteous deeds, and Ramadan as a time to prepare for divine blessings and spiritual enlightenment.


He further underscored the importance of acquiring and disseminating knowledge, encouraging students to pursue learning with dedication and purpose. The Chief Guest concluded his address with prayers for the well-being of the students and the continued progress of TUF. Dr Rizwan Mehmood Al Azhari provided a comprehensive translation of the address, ensuring clarity and impact for all participants. At the conclusion of the event, Prof Dr Matloob Ahmad and Mr Muhammad Zubair presented a commemorative souvenir to the Chief Guest.
The event proved to be a remarkable blend of spirituality, scholarship, and devotion, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and reinforcing the values of faith, knowledge and reverence for the Ahle Bait (A.S).
