Capacity Building of Pharmacists to Act as PPC Examiners

TUF in collaboration with Punjab Pharmacy Council (PPC) organized a 2-3 hour workshop on “Capacity Building of Pharmacists to Act as PPC Examiners”. The session was conducted under the esteemed leadership of Dr Zaka ur Rehman, Secretary of the Punjab Pharmacy Council, who served as the resource person for the event. The workshop aimed to equip pharmacists with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities as examiners appointed by the Punjab Pharmacy Council.

The event commenced with a warm welcome to the participants and an overview of the objectives of the workshop by Dr Aamna Habib Principal, Madina College of Pharmacy. Keynote lecture was delivered by Dr Zaka ur Rehman who provided an insightful session, enlightening participants on:

• The significance of their role as PPC examiners
• The responsibilities and ethical considerations associated with conducting examinations
• Effective methods to evaluate candidates fairly and objectively

The session concluded with an open forum where participants asked questions and shared their perspectives, further enriching their understanding of the role.
