Board of Studies of Faculty of Law Holds 4th Meeting to Approve Key Enhancements for LLB and LLM Programs

The 4th meeting of the Board of Studies for the Faculty of Law at The University of Faisalabad was presided over by Prof Dr Sami Ur Rahman, Dean of the Faculty. Key members present included Prof. Dr Abdul Wahid, Director of Academics, Dr Abida Hassan, Head of Iqbal School of Law at GC University Lahore, Mr Asad Nisar Bhatti, Senior Advocate, Prof Dr Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean of National Business School, and Ms Atiqa Saleem, Lecturer in the Department of Law.

The meeting focused on enhancing the existing LLB program and introducing the newly approved LLM program. The board approved several improvements to the LLB curriculum, aimed at providing students with practical learning experiences and ensuring it meets the demands of the legal profession. Additionally, the board approved the LLM program, which will offer specialized legal education to students pursuing advanced studies. Prof Dr Sami Ur Rahman emphasized the importance of such meetings for shaping the future of legal education, and members shared insights on curriculum development and the integration of practical training.
