TUF Strengthens Industry-Academia Collaboration Through Executive Training for FESCO
The Centre of Executive Learning, TUF, hosted two-day executive training programme on “Labour Code 2026: Legal Compliance for HR Professionals” for Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), focusing on strengthening participants’ understanding of labour laws, regulatory compliance, and effective HR practices. The training was led by Mr Muhammad Akram, an experienced HR and labour law professional, who shared valuable insights into key labour legislation, statutory requirements, workplace compliance, and practical challenges faced by HR professionals. Across the two-day programme, participants explored critical aspects of labour law, HR compliance, and workplace regulations, gaining practical perspectives to support informed decision-making and promote legally compliant and professionally sound HR practices.
