TUF Faculty Capacity-Building Session on Teaching with Integrity

The Dean’s Office, Faculty of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, TUF, organized a meaningful capacity-building session on “Teaching with Integrity, Ethics, Accountability and Professionalism” on August 13, 2026. The session aimed to strengthen professional values and promote responsible teaching practices among faculty members.

Prof Dr Razia Kousar from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad joined as the Guest Speaker and provided valuable perspectives on maintaining integrity, ethical standards, accountability, and professionalism in academic settings. Her insights encouraged faculty members to critically reflect on their roles as educators and their responsibility toward students and the institution.

The session also highlighted the importance of creating a transparent, ethical, and professional academic environment. Through such initiatives, The University of Faisalabad remains committed to faculty development, professional excellence, and quality education through continuous capacity-building initiatives.
