TUF Capacity Building Session Explores Multibrain Integration

The Dean’s Office, Faculty of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, The University of Faisalabad (TUF), successfully organized a session of the Capacity Building Series on “Multibrain Integration: The Connection of Head, Heart and Gut.” The session provided participants with an opportunity to explore the interconnected roles of different systems in human well-being, performance, and personal development.

The session was delivered by Mr Ali Imran Baig, a professionally certified coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials, who provided valuable insights into the interconnected roles of the brain, heart, and gut and their impact on human well-being and performance. His session offered participants a broader perspective on mind-body integration and its relevance to everyday life and professional effectiveness.

Prof Dr Yasir Jamil, Chairman, Department of Physics, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, graced the event as the Chief Guest. His presence added value to the capacity-building initiative and reflected the importance of interdisciplinary engagement in promoting knowledge and professional development.

The session provided an engaging platform for faculty members and participants to enhance their understanding of mind-body integration and its relevance to personal and professional development.
