Study Tour

The department of pharmacy visited Jalo Botanical Garden and Butterfly tunnel in Lahore as a part of their Study tour. The students were guided along various routes and paths of the garden in which they observed various roots and rhizomes of plants. The students observed a maze structure that was built of various medicinal plants. They also went through the tunnel which is the 2nd Butterfly tunnel in Asia, exploring various stages of butterfly. The medicinal garden was also shown to the students and they took various samples to perform their identification studies on these plants later on.
