Four-Day Procurement Workshop at TUF

The Centre of Executive Learning, TUF successfully conducted a four-day workshop on the Total Procurement Life Cycle for FESCO executives, aimed at strengthening professional competencies in procurement and contract management. Led by Dr Irfan Ahmad, Principal, Institute of Tender Management, and Chairman, Pakistan Procurement Association, the workshop provided participants with practical knowledge and real-world insights into key stages of the procurement process, including procurement planning, tendering, bid evaluation, contract award, and contract management.

Across the four-day program, participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical learning activities focused on addressing procurement challenges, ensuring compliance, improving decision-making, and strengthening transparency and efficiency in procurement operations. The workshop provided FESCO executives with valuable professional insights and practical approaches to enhance their procurement practices and contract management skills.

TUF Organized International Workshop on Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics The National Business School, TUF, in collaboration with Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, organized an International Training Workshop on Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. Featuring expert insights from Dr Muhammad Latif, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, the workshop provided Business and Aviation Management students with practical exposure to Business Analytics, Decision Analysis, AI-driven Supply Chain Optimization, and Data Modelling. The hands-on training helped students understand the application of data-driven approaches to improve operations, optimize logistics, enhance business efficiency, and support informed decision-making in their respective fields.
